Meet Bean the Purrista
Most mornings, you’ll find Bean doing what he does best… taking a nap.
Don’t let that fool you, though.
When he’s awake, Bean is the official Purrista at Here Kitty Kitty! Coffee. He keeps a careful eye on every bag of coffee and every cup of tea before it heads out the door. (Quality control is important, even if it sometimes requires a quick cat nap.)
Bean Has Opinions. Lots of Them.
Being a Purrista isn’t Bean’s only area of expertise. He also has very strong opinions about cat STUF, coffee STUF, and pretty much anything else that comes into the house.
So we created Bean’s Picks — a collection of things we actually use, recommend, or that Bean has decided we absolutely need for reasons he refuses to explain.
Some picks are for the kitties. Some are for the coffee. And, naturally, Bean gets the final say.
But Bean’s favorite job happens away from the coffee bar.
When new foster kittens arrive, Bean is usually the first to welcome them. He’s patient with the shy ones, playful with the brave ones, and always nearby when a little reassurance is needed.
He also checks in on the neighborhood colony cats after they’ve been spayed or neutered, making sure they’re comfortable while they recover before returning to their outdoor homes.
